By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

myPerfectWeather provides weather and climate information, historical weather data, climate visualizations, interactive maps, filtering tools, and related services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans that provide access to different features and data.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

To access certain features, including subscriptions, you must sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription pricing, available features, and billing intervals are displayed during checkout. We may update subscription pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods and, where required by law, you will be notified in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew after that period.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your myPerfectWeather account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account will also cancel any future subscription renewals. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

After account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk download data, maps, charts, visualizations, or other content from the Service without our prior written permission.
• Use automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our systems or interferes with normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Bypass or interfere with subscription controls, payment systems, licensing mechanisms, or security features.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or engage in activities that disrupt or impair the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our original content, climate visualizations, maps, analyses, rankings, summaries, or proprietary features without our prior written permission.
• Use any content, data, visualizations, charts, maps, summaries, metadata, or other materials available through the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, validate, or develop artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or similar automated systems without our prior written permission.
• Create datasets, embeddings, or derivative datasets from our content for AI or machine learning purposes.
• Use our Service or its content to develop, improve, or validate products or services that compete with myPerfectWeather.
• Share, sublicense, or provide our content or derived materials to third parties for AI or machine learning purposes without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Weather and Climate Data

Weather and climate information is provided for informational purposes only.

Our data is obtained from trusted third-party sources and processed using our own analysis and visualizations. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Weather and climate data shown should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important personal, business, travel, agricultural, aviation, emergency, or financial decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, maps, graphics, visualizations, logos, branding, design, and original content, is owned by myPerfectWeather and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

The compilation, organization, processing, presentation, visualizations, derived metrics, analyses, rankings, and other original content made available through the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, even where they incorporate publicly available data sources.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google Sign-In and Stripe.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myPerfectWeather makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or any weather, climate, forecast, historical, map, or other information provided through the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted and error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myPerfectWeather, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages relating to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, travel delays, property damage, decisions made in reliance on weather or climate information, or any other losses resulting from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed US$100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myPerfectWeather, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
