Discover Places with Your Ideal Climate

Open the side menu, click Comfortable Weather Days, use sliders to adjust daily maximum temperature, maximum dew point and cloud cover as per your comfort.

Click Apply button to view a map showing the number of days with perfectly comfortable weather.

Visualize Cloud Cover

Identify areas with lower cloud cover to manage Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) symptoms more effectively with cloud cover map.

Ideal for planning moves, vacations, or avoiding gloomy winters. Click and play animation to observe the changes in cloud cover over the year, across the USA.

Filter Places by Annual Climate

Open the side menu and click Average Daily High Temperature. Then select to enable the filter. The button and map will then update to Annual Average High Temperature.

Use the slider to filter locations by your preferred daily high temperature range.

Similarly, use Average Daily Precipitation and Average Daily Snowfall with their respective filters to find places with lower annual snowfall and annual precipitation levels.

Data Sources

myPerfectWeather.com uses data from the National Center for Environmental Information, with 15,000+ weather stations across the USA reporting precipitation, snowfall, humidity and temperature. The data is collected and processed over a 30-year period from 1991-2020, ensuring accuracy. A sophisticated algorithm identifies nearby weather stations for each county and calculates weather data based on a weighted average of station data, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Population information for cities comes from the US Census database.
